I honestly don’t even know where to begin. This review is long overdue because I was searching for it in the wrong places, but it is more than deserved. After purchasing a thank you gift and then being informed it had to be in the form of a review, I forgot to do this. Ben Hamdi is a rare breed. I literally felt as if my hand were being held during this entire process, and the assistance was so great that I had little to do. Ben went above and beyond with my home purchase, and I don’t even know how to fully express my gratitude to him. My situation was dire. I needed to find a home within a month, and he was able to bring me to closing in only three weeks. When I say he worked a twenty-one day miracle, I mean just that. He worked tirelessly, and told me what to do at every stage of the process. I was made to feel I was his only client. There was NEVER a time I called Ben that he did not answer, and that continued even after I purchased my home. Ben earned my trust, and always spoke the hard truth no matter how hard to swallow. He was upfront about what would and would not work so I knew exactly what I could and could not do. There should be a mold made, and more like him. I’m now in the process of selling the home I purchased, and guess who will be handling my next mortgage loan. Thank you Ben for being you and so good at what you do. You really don’t know what you did for my daughter and I, but you should know that it meant more than words could ever say. Much appreciation 🙏🏾♥️
